I’ve used the bottled one and kept ordering until I couldn’t find and thought it was discontinued and was disappointed but now just came across its available in new packaging. It really helped me with muscle cramps, restless legs and sleep during my arthritis flare and also helped my parents with the same. I’ve just ordered the new one and lets see if quality is the same. I would be recommending it to my patients as I’m a practicing medical oncologist.
